Book, call, or send us a note

The form asks for your name, your phone number, what you’re interested in, and anything you’d like us to know before we call. You don’t need to opt in to marketing to send it.

We respond on business days. The confirmation screen shows the phone number you entered, so you can check it.

People often ask whether they can walk in. We recommend booking, because a consultation needs a room and a provider available at the same time.

Booking runs through Pagoda, our online scheduler, which opens in a new tab. Pick the treatment (or a consultation, if you’re not sure yet), choose a time, and add a card to hold your spot. It isn’t charged today.

The card reserves your time in our 10-to-6 schedule. We only charge a $50 fee if you miss your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel within 24 hours. If you need to reschedule, give us a call.

Prefer the phone? Call (847) 637-5882 during business hours and we can book your appointment for you.
